Get Your Tickets Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions of Sale
Any ticket issued is subject to the following conditions and may be revoked by the issuer, proprietor of the venue and/or organiser of the event for breach of any of the specified conditions. Get Your Tickets may change or amend these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time.
Overview
Get Your Tickets website. sells tickets as an agent on behalf of event promoters, venues, artists, and other event organisers (“Promoter”). Any representations made by the Promoter regarding the event at any time and any associated complaints or claims are the responsibility of the Promoter and not Get Your Tickets website. The Promoter sets ticket prices.
You can print your ticket(s) immediately upon confirmation of your credit card or payment authorisation by clicking the Download & Print Tickets. A confirmation email which contains a PDF of your ticket is sent to the email address you provided during the ticket purchasing process, from which you can print your ticket(s).
If you do not receive your ticket, you must inform us within 5 working days of purchase.
If you receive your ticket and delete your ticket from your system in error, there will be a fee of £2.50 to replace each ticket.
Look after your ticket(s) as must be presented to gain admittance to the event. The code on the ticket uniquely identifies each ticket and the purchaser and can be redeemed only once. Multiple copies of this ticket will not allow multiple entries. If multiple copies of this code are presented at the event, the Promoter may refuse entry to all ticket holders presenting tickets with this code.
When presenting concession tickets or entering events with an age restriction in place, appropriate identification must be shown. If suitable identification is not presented, you may be refused admittance to the event.
All ticket prices are shown in UK pounds and include a booking fee where applicable. Get Your Tickets accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal only.
Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled once issued except in accordance with the applicable laws of UK.
In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting Get Your Tickets prior to the replacement date for the postponed show.
All tickets are inclusive of non refundable booking fee
If a Promoter authorises ticket refunds for a postponed event, they will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Tickets are sold on behalf of the Promoter by Get Your Tickets website. Do not purchase tickets from any source other than the Get Your Tickets or its authorised agencies. Tickets purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and may be refused admittance to the event.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute DJ’s artists or performers without notice.
When you enter a event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
There is no law criminalising photography or filming in a private place (assuming you’re not doing something amounting to harassment, or making something inherently illegal. The act of filming per se is therefore not illegal in a criminal sense. However, the proprietor of a private place can ask you to stop filming or demand that you leave; if you fail to comply then you will be trespassing.
Trespass is not a criminal offence (although the police will undoubtedly remove you if called). However, if your intent was to intimidate, obstruct or disrupt activity within the premises, you could be charged with Aggravated Trespass under s68 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.
The Promoter or venue reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the venue and/or Promoter.
Get Your Tickets website ticketing system involves an immediate exchange of information between us and your bank via DPS. Occasionally, your bank may not authorise a transaction, based on your account status or your card not being enabled for online purchases. In these instances, it is your bank denying your card, not Get Your Tickets website, so please contact your bank for a resolution.
Where a ticket is purchased by credit card and a chargeback is subsequently issued, you will be liable for and will be invoiced for both the full transaction value and a reasonable chargeback management fee.
